Join us for 4 weeks for a very unique preseason Strength and Conditioning program targeted to youth and teens. Program will provided you with all the tools and learning you need to be ready for your upcoming Fall Season.

Wednesday Evenings: July 10th, July 17th, July 24th, and July 31st

75 minutes session


Location: JC Sports Houston, 18610 Page Forest Drive, Humble, TX 77346

Age Groups: 8-12 years old and 13-16 years old

Boys and Girls


Program Curriculum:

Day 1: July 10

   Fitness Assessment

    Calisthenics / Plyometrics



Circuit Upper Body Training

Circuit Lower Body Training

Speed Ladder Training


Day 2: July 17th


 Resistance Bands

Circuit Back

Circuit Shoulder 

Circuit Dumbbell Leg

Small / Large Sprint Band Training


Day 3: July 24th

   Dumbbell Training 


   Change of Direction


Day 4: July 31st

   Power Strentgh and Explosive Movements

   HIIT Power Movement Training




Mary Pardo

Certified Personal Trainier

  • Softball Collegiate Athlete

  • High School Teacher and Coach

  • Group Fitness trainer for 8 years


Rocky Cortez

NASM Certified Trainer

  • 6 Years of Experience

  • 1st place 2020 CG Games



Full Day –  $125

(6:00 pm – 7:15 pm)
